What is the fee to register for the conference?
The registration fee is $975 per family. We strive to make our conferences affordable for our HPE families to attend, and we will again offer the option to make online payments toward your conference registration fee. You may choose the frequency of weekly, every 2 weeks, semimonthly, monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months or a lump-sum payment. ALL REGISTRATION FEES NEED TO BE PAID BY JUNE 1, 2024.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE?
• 1 Family Suite for the nights of August 11, 12, 13 and 14. A Family Suite(52) sleeps a maximum of 6 people with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. A Grizzly Bear Suite(15) sleeps a maximum of 8 people with 3 queen beds, a sleeper sofa, balcony/patio, fireplace, 2 full baths and 3 TVs. The Loft Fireplace Suite(15) sleeps a maximum of 8 people with 3 full queen beds, a sofa sleeper, balcony/patio, 1 full bath, 1 half bath and fireplace.
• Indoor waterpark passes for your family
• Childcare (if needed)
• Activities for moms, dads, teens, bereaved
• Exclusive admission to the waterpark one hour earlier than other GWL guests on Wednesday, August 14
• Welcome reception on August 11
• Lunch buffets on August 12 and 13
• Dinner and entertainment on August 13 & 14
Families for HoPE will coordinate the hotel reservations for you, so you do NOT need to contact Great Wolf Lodge for reservations. (Families that require a larger suite or a second suite will incur additional charges based upon the room type needed. Check with the conference chair-persons for details.)

HOW DO I PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE?
You may utilize this SECURE ONLINE PAYMENT FORM to pay your registration fee. You may choose the frequency of weekly, every 2 weeks, semimonthly, monthly, or a lump-sum payment. (All registration fees must be paid in full by June 1, 2024.) Failure to be paid in full by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
When do we check in at the hotel?
Check-in is on Sunday, August 11, 2024. You will check in at Main Desk at the Lodge and then come down to the Conference Center.
When do we check out at the hotel?
Check-out is on Thursday, August, 15, 2024.
